We had a fun halloween. Thursday night was trunk or treat at the church and then we added to the stash Friday night. Started out the night with soup and yummy breadsticks then the men took the kids out for a night of trick or treating! I love passing out candy and maybe sneaking some for myself everytime I leave the door! Here are some pictures a friend took of the night. Derek did a repeat showing of the cowboy on a horse (he wanted to be the same thing this year and it fit, though anytime he was asked he said he was just a horse. Will debuted as the plump elephant. Will looked adorable from behind with his wide load. He quickly figured out that all he had to do was raise his bucket and people gave him candy. Smart kid! It was a super fun night. The saddest part was my Mom was suppossed to be here with us. My sweet Grandma Wilcox (whom my Mom takes care of) recently fell and cracked her tailbone. She was still not quite well enough for my Mom to feel comfortable enough leaving for four days. We sure missed having Nana with us but look forward to seeing her at Christmas.
